For leaders of purpose-led brands, it’s an opportune time to tap into talent that aligns with your values. The shift to remote working and creating more flexibility is addressing a long overdue need to broaden access to qualified candidates and is a key factor in accelerating the pace for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. This new modern way of working can strengthen a culture of business development and innovation and create work environments where all can thrive.

It’s not about the leader, it’s about the results of the leader's action.

The point I make here is the leader doesn’t have to be an extroverted cheerleader, an introverted engineer type can be just as effective as an extrovert sales professional.  Martin Luther King was an impactful leader but not because of his fire and brimstone but because of his message.

It is the leader’s message that determines whether or not a leader is impactful.  Focus on the message – focus on the content of what you are saying.

2. A genuine and infectious love for your brand/business

An impactful leader creates momentum through human energy. They see the future in a way that other people want to be a part of and contribute their effort.

Impactful leaders take a degree of responsibility and model a level of commitment that makes other people feel safe to commit too, and makes the task feel worthy of dedication.

Higher purpose companies need a hiring partner who can see beyond the search.

Securing and integrating a dynamic leader sets business, social, and cultural progress in motion.

Consultative

Work with a hand-selected team of executive search experts (with wide leader networks), specializing in employment proposition development, executive negotiation, leadership transition, and integration strategy.

Immersive

Your executive search team dives into your business to develop an instinct and fluency that helps with identifying high potential talent. As these leaders join your brand, we are at the ready to address the ripple effect of additional bench building.

Integrative

Fully functional catalytic executive leadership requires intelligent integration, not basic onboarding. We develop detailed success plans that align new leaders with the company culture, performance expectations, their colleagues, stakeholders, external mentors, and other critical factors.

Hire the leader who will make an impact.
